What a lovely sight to wake up to this morning - again!
Please check your cellphones for texts regarding school being opened/closed.
I have updated the activities at Studyladder to do until we all get back to school.

Hi everyone

I hope you all had a lovely holiday break!
This term in Room 13 we have a new Year 3 Basic Facts Programme. Information regarding this has been glued into your child's Home and School Book.
If you have any questions about the programme please come and see me.

Thank you to those parents who have already offered to help with our Term 3 inquiry topic 'Envadola'. I look forward to working with you this term and I will be in touch closer to the time regarding this.

Earthquake Help Site for Kids

Hi there

I have added a new link under 'Resources for Parents'.
This is a site for children and parents to use together. It helps children to understand their experiences and develop coping strategies in relation to the recent earthquakes.

Earthquake Update - 16 June 2011

Hi there

School will be opening from tomorrow - Friday 17 June.
Could you please ensure your child brings their own drink bottle to school with clean water in it. Our water tanker has been refilled but I am unsure if this still needs to be boiled or not.
Our sewerage system is currently working, however we do have portaloos as back up should we need them.

We will be closed on Thursday 16 June as there is still no water at school.

School will be closed on Wednesday 15 June due to no water or working sewerage systems.
I hope you are all safe and well. I will update the learning blog with any new information I find out.

School is closed until further notice. We require a structural engineer report to ascertain the state of our school buildings. Any information about school will be posted here as soon as I know.

Monday: 9.00-12.30
Tuesday: 9.00-12.30
Wednesday: 9.00-3.00
Thursday: 9.00-3.00
Friday: 9.00-3.00

School opening hours 15-17 March
